I'm considering getting Eldertonic Elixir for my elderly parents. It's a liquid supplement that combines essential B vitamins and iron, which I think they could benefit from. B vitamins are important for energy, nerve function, and healthy red blood cells, while iron is vital for carrying oxygen in the blood and preventing anemia. Has anyone else tried this supplement? I'm curious to know about the possible side effects and whether it's made a noticeable difference in energy levels or overall health.

I've been taking Eldertonic Elixir myself, and I've noticed a significant difference in my energy levels. I feel like I have more stamina throughout the day, and I don't get as tired as easily. It might be worth a shot.

I'd recommend talking to a doctor first. Some people might have trouble metabolizing excess iron, which could be dangerous. Don't just start giving it to them without a plan.

I went to CVS for this, but looks like they don't have it in stock. Is it a common supplement people use?

I know the potential side effects but I dont think I could ever make my parents take something every day. Very hard to do.

I’ve been researching supplements for my mom, but I’m a bit concerned about the potential side effects. What if she has an allergic reaction? It’s scary to think about. Are there any ways to minimize the risk?
