I've been dealing with eczema for years and my doctor recently prescribed Elocon 0.1% Lotion. I'm a bit nervous about the side effects, especially the serious ones like allergic reactions or Cushing's syndrome. Has anyone else used this medication? How did it work for you? Any tips on how to manage the side effects or general advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping to hear from people who have had positive experiences, but also from those who encountered challenges. Let's share our stories and support each other!

I started using Elocon 0.1% Lotion and noticed some hair growth on the areas I applied it. Anyone else experience this? Is it permanent?

I've been using Elocon for a couple of months now. It's been fine for me, no side effects. Just make sure to not use it on your face, that's what the doctor told me.

Elocon helped with my eczema flare-ups, but I had to be very careful with it. I used it sparingly and only on the affected areas. The burning sensation was unpleasant at first, but it went away. Just make sure to use a thin layer and wash your hands afterwards.

Seriously, why do these medications have to come with such scary side effect lists? It's enough to make you not want to use it!

I've used Elocon for my psoriasis and it worked wonders! It really calmed down the inflammation and reduced the itching. Just be sure to follow your doctor's instructions and don't overuse it. I had a bit of skin thinning after a few weeks, but it went away once I stopped using it. Keep an eye out for any signs of irritation, and if something feels off, stop using it immediately.

Elocon was a game-changer for my eczema. I didn't experience any of the serious side effects, but I did have some skin thinning. I used it only as directed and it worked really well.

I've been using it for a few weeks and it's helped a lot with my psoriasis. I'm going to talk to my doctor about continuing with it. Just remember to apply a thin layer and wash your hands after.

I found Elocon to be very effective, but I had a mild allergic reaction the first time I used it. I got a bit of a rash and some itching, so I stopped using it. My doctor suggested I try a different corticosteroid, which worked fine. If you experience any side effects, don't hesitate to talk to your doctor.

I had a terrible experience with Elocon. Within a week, I started feeling extremely tired and had mood swings. I stopped using it right away and called my doctor. They switched me to a different medication. Be careful out there, folks.

I've had good experiences with other corticosteroids, so I'm not too worried about Elocon. Just be cautious and follow the instructions. If it works, great! If not, talk to your doctor.
