Has anyone tried Enemeez Mini Enema 30x5ml? How well does it work for occasional constipation?
I've been having some trouble with occasional constipation lately and my doctor recommended Enemeez Mini Enema 30x5ml. It contains docusate, which is supposed to help soften stool and make bowel movements easier. I'd love to hear from anyone who has used this before. How well does it work? Did you experience any of the side effects like stomach cramps or rectal irritation? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I always keep a box around just in case. It's a lifesaver when you're really stuck. Just be careful and read the instructions carefully.
I was really hesitant to try an enema, but Enemeez is surprisingly easy to use. Just be prepared for the initial shock!
I think it's a good temporary solution, but you should definitely talk to your doctor about long-term constipation issues. It's not a permanent fix.

I've found that drinking lots of water and eating more fiber helps more than any enema. Just my two cents.
