Be smart and thorough when taking this drug. Educate yourself, talk to your doctor, and stay aware of any side effects. My cousin swore by it. He lost 30 pounds in 3 months!
Be sure to drink plenty of water when on this medication. It can cause dry mouth and constipation, but staying hydrated can help mitigate those side effects.

I took Fastin for a short period and it did help with appetite suppression. But the restlessness and trouble sleeping were not worth it for me. I would recommend trying lifestyle changes first.
