Be smart and thorough when taking this drug. Educate yourself, talk to your doctor, and stay aware of any side effects. My cousin swore by it. He lost 30 pounds in 3 months!
Be sure to drink plenty of water when on this medication. It can cause dry mouth and constipation, but staying hydrated can help mitigate those side effects.
I've seen some pretty scary side effects from this drug. If you're going to try it, make sure your doctor is monitoring you closely. And watch out for changes in your mood - that can be a red flag.
I took Fastin for a short period and it did help with appetite suppression. But the restlessness and trouble sleeping were not worth it for me. I would recommend trying lifestyle changes first.
