Hello everyone! I've been using Gel-Kam Mint Gel 0.4% for a few weeks now, and I'm curious to hear from others who have tried it. The gel is supposed to strengthen tooth enamel and prevent cavities, which is great, but I've been feeling some burning sensation. Is that normal, or should I be concerned? Also, I've read about the possible side effects, but I haven't found many real-life experiences online. Please share your thoughts and experiences. I would appreciate some insight on whether this works well or not. Also, if anyone can recommend a good dentist who can guide me through the proper use, I'd be grateful. Thanks in advance!

You might want to consider getting the mint gel 0.6% version just to see if it works better.

I've been using it for a month, and it's been great so far. No side effects for me, but I did notice a slight change in the color of my teeth only at night. Maybe it's just me, but I'm thinking of getting a second opinion to be sure.

I've had no side effects, but I haven't noticed much improvement in my teeth either. Might not be worth the cost for me.

I know some people say it's great, but personally, I'm sticking with my regular fluoride toothpaste for now.

I think you're overthinking it. Just use it as directed and you'll be fine. I'm sure it's normal.

It's always a bit of a gamble with these things. Just be careful and keep an eye out for any adverse effects, and always keep the product in the refrigerator.

I think it's definitely worth a shot if you're worried about cavities. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully.

I tried Gel-Kam Mint Gel a few years ago, and it worked well for me. Never had any issues with it. Also, I found a really good dentist through my friends and he helped me manage the use of the gel.
