I've been struggling with cavities and my dentist recommended Gel-Kam Mixedfruit Gel. It's supposed to strengthen tooth enamel and protect against cavities, but I'm a bit hesitant because of the potential side effects. Has anyone tried this product? I want to know if it's worth the risk, or if there are better alternatives out there. Also, any tips on how to use it effectively would be greatly appreciated! This gel is supposed to make your teeth more resistant to the acid produced by bacteria in your mouth, but I'm not sure how noticeable the effects will be. I'm curious to hear from anyone who has used it, whether you think it worked, and if you experienced any side effects.

I switched to a different fluoride gel because the taste of this one was unbearable. But it did work well in strengthening my tooth enamel

Be careful with the dosage. I had severe stomach upset in the beginning. Don't swallow the gel, and always rinse your mouth with water after applying.

I've been using Gel-Kam for a few months now and I've noticed a significant improvement in my teeth. No more cavities! But yes, it can irritate your mouth, so maybe look into one of the alcohol-free alternatives if that happens

I didn't really notice any difference. It might depend on how much you use. But it's expensive and not worth the effort for me.

I've been using it and my teeth feel stronger. Just don't forget to spit it out and rinse your mouth after using. I think it's working okay

After I started using it, my gums were bleeding, It was scary. I had to stop using it. I don't think it's for everyone. I might have overused it and messed up my gums.

I thought it was just a waste of money. Had a bad taste in my mouth like forever. You should try it and see for yourself
