I've been struggling with digestive issues ever since I had to take antibiotics for a severe infection. My doctor recommended Intestinex Capsules to help restore my gut flora. I've started taking them, but I'm curious to hear from others who have tried them. What were your experiences? Did you notice any improvements in your digestion? How long did it take to see results? Side effects were not a problem for me, but I did notice a slight increase in gas, but it isn't bad. I will try to stick to the capsule and see how else it goes.

I was skeptical at first, but Intestinex really helped me after a round of antibiotics. My doctor advised to take it after my course of antibiotics to re-balance my gut flora. But I didn't like the cost. I was expecting it to be cheaper.

I think Intestinex is overpriced, especially for something that might not work for everyone. There are cheaper probiotics out there that might do the same job. I went for a cheaper brand and noticed similar effects.
