I've been on Kionex for a few months now and it's been a game-changer for my potassium levels. I've had some mild stomach discomfort, but nothing unbearable.
Be careful with this stuff. I had some pretty severe constipation and stomach pain. Had to stop taking it.
This stuff is nasty. Tasted awful and gave me the worst upset stomach. Stick to the diet, man. No need for this stuff.
