I've been prescribed Klisyri 1% Ointment to treat actinic keratosis on my forehead and scalp. I'm a bit anxious about applying it every night for 5 days as the description mentions potential severe side effects. Has anyone else used this ointment? How severe were the side effects for you? I have sensitive skin so I'm wondering if anyone else with sensitive skin had issues. Would appreciate any tips or experiences someone could share! Thank you everyone!

I've used Klisyri for my actinic keratosis. I found that the redness and flaking at the application site were manageable. Definitely worth it if you're looking into options. Just be prepared for some discomfort.

It's important to note that the risk of severe side effects is rare, but it's crucial to be vigilant. If you experience any signs of an allergic reaction, seek immediate medical attention. It's always good to be prepared!

I had a friend who used this and she said it worked wonders but she had some skin breakdown at the application site. It wasn't fun but worthwhile for clearing up the AKs. Stick it out and see a doc if things get really bad.

I tried it for a week and saw some flaking but I'm glad they made a single-use packet. Makes it easy to remember how much to apply.

I used Klisyri for a short period and experienced some redness and flaking, but nothing too severe. Make sure to follow the instructions carefully and avoid direct sunlight.

I had a severe allergic reaction and had to stop using it. If you notice anything weird, definitely seek medical help. Better safe than sorry.

I have been using it and it works! I wish it didn't take 5 days to apply though. It's a bit of a hassle.

Sensitive skin? You might want to have a chat with your dermatologist about this. Klisyri can sometimes have pretty harsh reactions on sensitive skin.

Be prepared for some irritation. It's normal but can be quite uncomfortable. I found that using a gentle moisturizer around the application site helped a bit. Also, make sure to report any severe reactions to your doctor immediately.
