Has anyone tried Lactinex Granules for gut health after antibiotics?
I was prescribed antibiotics for a recent infection and my doctor recommended Lactinex Granules to help restore my gut health. I've been taking them for a week now and I'm not sure if I'm feeling any different. Has anyone else tried this and noticed improvements in their digestion or overall gut health after taking antibiotics? I'm also curious about any side effects people might have experienced. I've used Lactinex Granules before and found them really helpful after a round of antibiotics. It took a couple of weeks to notice a difference, but my digestion felt much better after that. Definitely worth giving it some time!
Lactinex Granules helped me feel better after my antibiotics, but I didn't notice a huge difference until I also started eating more yogurt and taking a prebiotic supplement. The combo worked better for me.
I wish more doctors prescribed probiotics like this after antibiotics. It's common sense that antibiotics kill good bacteria too!
I had a mild upset stomach for a couple of days, but nothing serious. It helped with my digestion after I finished my antibiotics. Worth a shot if you're struggling.
I switched to a yogurt with live cultures and felt better than with any granulated probiotics.
I tried it and got terrible gas. Might have been a coincidence, but I won't be using it again. Maybe it's just not for everyone.
You might also want to look into other probiotics. There are plenty of options out there, and sometimes it's trial and error to find the right one for you.
Be careful with any supplement. I had a friend who had an allergic reaction to something similar. Always good to consult with a doctor first.
