I've been struggling with overactive bladder symptoms like urgency, frequency, and incontinence for a while now. My doctor recently prescribed Mirabegron 25mg ER Tablets, which are supposed to help by relaxing the bladder muscle. I've read about some potential side effects, both urgent and mild, but I'm curious to hear from anyone who has experience with this medication. How has it worked for you? What side effects, if any, did you encounter? Any tips on managing them? I'm particularly interested in hearing about any long-term effects or unexpected benefits. Thanks in advance for sharing your insights!

I stopped taking Mirabegron because of severe nose and throat irritation. It was unbearable, so I switched to a different medication. My advice is to pay close attention to how your body reacts and don't hesitate to talk to your doctor if something feels off.

I’m really glad I found this thread. I’ve been considering Mirabegron but was a bit hesitant because of the potential side effects. It’s reassuring to hear that for the most part, it’s been helpful for many of you. I'll definitely discuss it with my doctor and maybe give it a try. Any other tips for taking it?

Has anyone else noticed an increase in blood pressure? I've been monitoring mine closely since starting Mirabegron, and it's fluctuated a bit. I'm not sure if it's related to the medication or just stress, but it's something to keep an eye on.

I've heard that drinking plenty of water can help with dry mouth. You might also want to try sugar-free gum or hard candies to stimulate saliva production.
