I've been feeling really run down lately and my doctor recommended trying Multivitamin/Zinc Stress Formula Tb. I've seen some mixed reviews online, and I'm not sure if it's worth the investment. Has anyone here tried it? I'm curious to know if it's actually helped with stress and overall health. I know it's not a substitute for a balanced diet, but I'm hoping it might give me that extra boost I need. I'm a bit worried about the side effects, though. Has anyone experienced any of the side effects mentioned? Specifically, I'm wondering if the upset stomach is something that goes away or if it's persistent.

I've heard that zinc can actually help boost your immune system, which is great for dealing with stress. It's worth checking out the ingredients list to see if it matches what you need.

Be careful with the dosage. I took too much at first and ended up with a bad case of diarrhea. Lowered the dose and it’s been fine since. Also, make sure to take it with food to avoid upset stomach.

I've been taking it for a week and I feel way better. No side effects so far, just a bit more energy and less stress. I also take it every morning with breakfast, which seems to help with the stomach issues.

I had a reaction when I first started taking it. Rash and itching, nothing severe but enough to make me stop. My doctor suggested trying something else instead.

Did anyone check if this product contains iron? I know that can cause some pretty nasty side effects if you take too much.

I think it's worth trying, but don't expect miracles. I've been taking it for about a month and have noticed some improvements, just not as dramatic as I was hoping for.
