I've been trying to quit smoking for a while now and I've heard good things about Nicotine 2mg SF Fruit Gum 100s. It's supposed to help with cravings and withdrawal symptoms by giving you a small, controlled amount of nicotine. I'm curious to know if anyone has tried it and if it worked for them. Also, does anyone know if the gum is easy to chew? I've heard it's different from regular chewing gum. Does anyone have any tips on how to use it effectively? I'm a bit nervous about the side effects. Whats the deal with all those? Curious to hear from veterans.

I tried to quit cold turkey and it was a nightmare. The gum has made it so much easier to quit. It's my life saver. The side effects are not that bad and it's a lot better than the feeling of withdrawals.

You have to be careful with nicotine gum because it can cause some serious side effects if you're not careful. I had a friend who used it and ended up with some pretty bad mouth sores. I am not sure if it was the gum, but I think it was. I'm not sure what the deal with the nicotine gum is, but I think it's best to avoid the gum and try something else.

I'm on my third pack and I think I'm finally starting to see some progress. I've cut down from smoking. I started drinking a lot of tea and I think that helped too.

I tried it and it made me feel sick. Maybe it was just me, but I had a bad experience with it. I had some mild symptoms of a severe headache and and I had some blurred vision. I am not sure if it was the gum but I haven't tried it since.

I never even knew they made it with fruit flavoring. It actually makes it bearable.

I've been using the Nicotine 2mg SF Fruit Gum 100s for a few weeks now and it's been a game-changer. I chew it when I feel a craving, but I don't chew it like regular gum. You chew it until you get a tingling sensation, then you 'park' it between your cheek and gum to let the nicotine absorb. It's a bit weird at first, but it really helps with the cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

The gum has been a life saver. I have diabetes and I looked up how much sugar in the gum. There is no sugar in it. I looked up how much sodium is in the gum. I saw there's no sodium in the gum. I am happy about it because I was worried about my sugar and sodium.

I've been using the gum for about a month and I haven't had any serious side effects, but I have had some mouth irritation and a few headaches. It's definitely helped me quit smoking, though. I've cut down from a pack a day to maybe 2-3 cigarettes a week. I find that it's best to use the gum in the morning and whenever I feel a craving. I recommend it, but I might try a smaller dose next time. Do not chew the gum too much, it can burn your mouth. And, rinse mouth with water before chewing the gum and do not drink or eat 15 minutes before. Seriously, I saw a lot of people on Reddit saying it got rid of a lot of tooth enamel.
