I've been struggling to quit smoking and my doctor recommended Nicotine Pol 4mg Mint Lozenges. Has anyone used these before? I'm curious about your experiences with them, especially regarding side effects. The list of possible side effects is long and a bit scary. Did you experience any of them? How did you cope? Also, how effective were they in helping you quit? Did you notice any withdrawal symptoms while using them? I'd appreciate any insights or advice you can offer. Thanks!

I tried them but had to stop because they made me feel really anxious and jittery. I also had some weird abnormal sensations like tingling in my hands. It was really unsettling. Maybe it's different for everyone, but I couldn't handle it.

I used these for a couple of weeks and they definitely helped with the cravings. I did experience some mood changes and felt a bit more irritable, but overall, it was manageable. I think the key is to stick with it and give your body time to adjust.

I've been using these for about a month now and they've been a game-changer. I've had a few sleepless nights and bad dreams, but honestly, it's worth it to not have to deal with the constant need to smoke. Plus, the mint flavor is surprisingly refreshing. Just be prepared for some hiccups—literally!

I didn't have any major side effects, but I did notice some warmth and tingling in my mouth. It was a bit strange at first, but you get used to it. I think the lozenges helped me quit, but I also changed my diet and started meditating. I think a combination of things helped.

I used these lozenges for a while and they helped reduce my cravings significantly. I did experience some mild side effects like hiccups and a bit of a headache, but nothing too bad. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully and you should be fine.

These lozenges are not cheap, but if it helps you quit smoking, it's worth the investment. I used them as part of a bigger plan that included exercise and therapy. I think that's what made the difference for me.

I had no idea these had so many possible side effects. I’m not sure I want to try them now. Has anyone had a really bad reaction to them? Any story that goes like this: "I had a terrible time on them. Don't do it. I wish I had never tried them"?
