Niravam is a medication that helps calm the brain and nerves. It's used to treat anxiety and panic attacks by increasing the effects of a natural chemical in your body that helps you feel relaxed. It's an orally disintegrating tablet, meaning it dissolves quickly in your mouth, which makes it convenient for those who have difficulty swallowing pills.

I've seen some mixed reviews online, and I was wondering if anyone here has tried it. How effective is it? What are the downsides? I've read about some serious side effects, so I'm a bit hesitant. I'd love to hear from people who have firsthand experience with Niravam.

I've heard it can cause weight gain. Has anyone experienced this? Trying to manage my anxiety without packing on the pounds.

I always have trouble with dry mouth on most anxiety meds, but Niravam hasn't given me that problem. However, I do feel unusually tired and have some memory issues.

I started taking Niravam a couple of months ago and it's been a lifesaver. I used to have panic attacks multiple times a week, but now it's down to maybe once a month. But I do have to be careful. The side effects are real. I've had some dizziness and fatigue, but my doctor adjusted the dosage and it's better now.

I'm so disappointed that Niravam is causing me dizziness and drowsiness, I can't focus at work. The benefits aren't worth these side-effects.
