I recently started taking Ogsiveo 50mg Tablets to treat my desmoid tumors. This medicine works by blocking the Notch signaling pathway, which is supposed to help stop the growth of these tumors. I'm new to Ogsiveo, wondering if anyone has tips on how to manage the stomach issues? I can't keep a meal down.
I've been taking Ogsiveo, and while the side effects have been manageable, it's a lot of work. Multiple appointments, frequent blood tests, and constant monitoring. But if it works, it's worth the trouble.
Be careful with the electrolyte problems. I had some muscle cramps and weakness at first, but my doctor adjusted my electrolyte intake and it got better. Definitely keep an eye on that!
Anyone else feel super tired all the time? I can't tell if it's the medication or just the cancer itself.
Been on Ogsiveo for a few weeks now. The doc says it can take a few months to see results, but the hair loss is brutal. Anyone have tips for dealing with it?
