I was on Opipiza for a year, and while it helped with my depression, the side effects were tough. I gained a lot of weight and had some issues with movements. It's a trade-off, but it’s worth discussing with your doctor.
I had a weird reaction to Opipiza—severe throat irritations. I was initially worried, but after a few weeks it got better. I would definitely recommend talking to your doctor before starting, if they haven't done so. Some of the side effects are similar to the symptoms I was already having, and it was a bit confusing, at first, to figure out what worked.
