I've been struggling with atopic dermatitis for years, and my doctor recently prescribed Opzelura 1.5% Cream to help with the inflammation and itching. I'm also curious about its effects on vitiligo, as I have a friend who might benefit from it. The possible side effects seem a bit daunting, especially the urgent ones like allergic reactions and bleeding. Has anyone had any experiences with this cream? How effective is it, and what side effects did you encounter? Any tips for managing side effects would be appreciated!

I've been using it for vitiligo. It's helped restore some skin color, but it took a while to see results. Stick with it, and don't get discouraged if it seems like nothing is happening at first. Just remember to keep a close eye on your skin for any weird reactions.

I started using it a few weeks ago. So far, it's been great! My eczema patches are much smaller, and I haven't noticed any side effects yet. However, I've heard it can affect your immune system, so keep an eye out for any unusual symptoms!

I've been using Opzelura for about 2 months now, and it's been a game-changer. The itching and redness have significantly reduced. I did experience some mild irritation at the application site, but it went away after a week. Just make sure to apply it as directed and be patient.

I haven't had any issues with it, but I had to be very careful about where I applied it to avoid getting it on my face, nose or mouth. I'm not sure if it would be safe for those areas.

I just started using it, and I'm also noticing that I have a slight headache every day. Is this a common side effect for anyone else? It's not too bad, but it's still annoying.

My doctor gave me this cream for my vitiligo and it's not working at all. I've tried for two months and I still see no color restoration. I think I might go back and ask for another treatment option.

I've heard a lot about this cream from my dermatologist, but I'm still a bit hesitant because of the side effects. Has anyone experienced any of the more serious symptoms like unexplained bruising, vomiting blood, or anything like that?

Be careful with this stuff. I had to stop using it because I developed a rash and hives. I guess everyone's different, but it was a bit scary.

I applied it and it made my eczema flare up. So I stopped and I'm seeing if my doctor can prescribe something else.
