I've recently been prescribed Orlistat 120mg Capsules to help with weight loss. I know it works by blocking some of the fat from being absorbed, but I'm curious to hear from others who have used it. How effective has it been for you? What kind of diet and exercise routine did you combine it with? Also, I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the serious ones. How did you manage any issues that came up? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I took Orlistat for a few months and lost a decent amount of weight. The key is to eat a low-fat diet, which is actually healthier anyway. Just be prepared for the frequent bathroom visits and the occasional oily spotting. It's a small price to pay for the weight loss. Also, drink lots of water and take multivitamins as the medication can affect nutrient absorption.

I tried Orlistat and had a good experience overall. I lost some weight and felt more motivated to stick to a healthier diet. The side effects were manageable, and I took my multivitamins to make sure I wasn't missing out on any nutrients. The hardest part was sticking to the diet, but once I got the hang of it, it became easier. I recommend it if you're looking for a weight loss boost.

I've heard that Orlistat can interact with other medications, so definitely speak to your doctor before starting. I've had friends who’ve had to wait a while to get their weight loss surgery approved because of medication interactions. Safety first!

Orlistat saved my life! Well, maybe not quite, but it helped me lose 30 pounds in 6 months. I was so motivated by the results that I stuck to the diet and exercise plan even after finishing the medication. The side effects were worth it for me.

I tried Orlistat but had to stop because the side effects were too much for me. The constant need to go to the bathroom was just too inconvenient, especially at work. Plus, I noticed some changes in my bathroom habits, like changes in stool color and consistency. I switched to a different medication and it's been much better for me. Everyone is different, so if Orlistat isn't working for you, don't be afraid to try something else.

Anyone else feel like Orlistat is a bit of a hassle? I don’t mind the side effects, but the strict diet is tough. I miss cheese. Also, the frequent BMs can be annoying, but it’s worth it for the results. Just make sure you’re prepared for them.

Yikes, the thought of oily spotting is a bit scary. But I guess if it helps with weight loss, it might be worth it. Has anyone had issues with the serious side effects mentioned? That's what worries me the most.

I’ve been on Orlistat for a couple of months and I’ve noticed that it really helps with portion control. Knowing that I can’t eat as much fat makes me more mindful of what I’m eating. The side effects were tough at first, but they’ve gotten better over time. Just make sure you’re sticking to the diet plan and staying hydrated. Also, take a multivitamin to make up for the nutrients you aren’t absorbing.

I've been on Orlistat for about 3 months now and it's been a game-changer. I combined it with a low-fat, reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise, and I've lost about 20 pounds so far. The side effects were a bit tough to deal with at first—lots of bathroom trips and some oily spotting—but it's gotten better as my body adjusted. Just make sure to stick to the diet guidelines and you'll be fine.
