I've been struggling with eczema for years and my doctor just prescribed me Pandel 0.1% Cream. It's a hydrocortisone cream to help reduce redness, swelling, and itching. I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the serious ones like allergic reactions or signs of Cushing's syndrome. Has anyone else used this cream? I'd love to hear your experiences and any tips you might have. Also, what do you do if you experience any of the possible side effects?

Don't forget, this is a steroid cream—long-term use can be harmful. I've seen people develop thinning skin and stretch marks from overuse.

I wish I had better options for skin care. I've noticed that it thins the skin especially around the elbows and ankles.

I've tried it and it worked great for my eczema. The burning sensation was real though. And I kept itching. Not sure it's worth the effort

I used it too and the burning was real, really annoying but the positive effects were worth it.
