I've been struggling with acne and rosacea for years, and my doctor recently prescribed Plexion Cleanser 9.8-4.8% Liq 285gm. I've read that it contains sulfur and sulfacetamide, which are supposed to help reduce bacteria and promote skin cell turnover. I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the severe ones. Has anyone else used this? What was your experience like? How do you know if it's working? Thanks for any help and advice!

Anyone else feel like their skin had a major adjustment period? It took a month before I saw real progress.

It's important to remember that everyone's skin is different. What works for one person might not work for another. Always consult your dermatologist before trying any new product.

I've had great success with this cleanser. Just make sure to moisturize well afterward. I use a heavy cream at night and a lighter lotion in the morning.

This stuff was way too harsh for my sensitive skin. I ended up with a rash and burning. Be careful especially if you have sensitive skin.

I've seen mixed results with sulfacetamide and sulfur products. They work well for some people, but others have bad reactions. I suggest using a gentle cleanser with it.
