I took Prenaissance Capsules during my first trimester and didn't have any issues. They were easy to incorporate into my daily routine and made me feel more secure about my nutrient intake. Definitely worth it for the peace of mind.
So far so good! My mom took them during her pregnancy with my little sister and said that she did not get these serious side effects. I am hoping for a similar experience.
The green stool thing is kinda gross. I’m taking mine with a lot of food just to be safe.
