I've been considering trying Prenaissance Capsules to support my nutritional needs before, during, and after pregnancy. The formulation without preformed Vitamin A is a plus, but I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects. Has anyone else tried these, and if so, how did you find them? I'm particularly curious about the potential for serious allergic reactions, such as rash, hives, itching, swelling, or even more severe symptoms like black, tarry, or bloody stools. Additionally, minor side effects like constipation or diarrhea are a concern as I have experienced these with other supplements in the past. Would love to hear any advice or experiences from others who have taken Prenaissance Capsules! Also, please let me know if you have experienced any urgent issues requiring medical attention, as that is a major concern for me during this crucial time. Please share any helpful advice or recommendations you have to help alleviate these concerns.

I'm always cautious about supplements, but Prenaissance Capsules seem well-formulated. Just make sure you discuss it with your healthcare provider first. They can give you personalized advice based on your medical history.

I took Prenaissance Capsules during my first trimester and didn't have any issues. They were easy to incorporate into my daily routine and made me feel more secure about my nutrient intake. Definitely worth it for the peace of mind.

So far so good! My mom took them during her pregnancy with my little sister and said that she did not get these serious side effects. I am hoping for a similar experience.

The green stool thing is kinda gross. I’m taking mine with a lot of food just to be safe.
