I've been struggling with constipation and high blood sugar levels, so I decided to try Reguloid Psyllium Orange Powder. It's supposed to absorb water in your intestines to form a soft, bulky stool that's easier to pass and can also help lower cholesterol and manage blood sugar levels. Has anyone had any experience with this? I want to know if it's worth it, or if there are any side effects I should be aware of, like allergic reactions or stomach pain. Also, does it taste like regular generic psyllium?

I can't stand the stuff. I tried it with water and fruit, and it didn't help at all for me, plus I got pretty bloated. I'm going to stick with my ordinary fiber supplement

Can cause trouble swallowing? Seems pretty intense for a fiber supplement. I'll stick to my usual prunes and bran.

I thought it could be a game changer, but I didn't notice any difference in my blood sugar levels. I might try a different supplement for that.

I've been mixing it with some fruit and yogurt. Makes it much easier to take. Be sure to drink plenty of water when you take it!

I haven’t tried this one, but I’ve had a lot of success with other fiber supplements. If this one doesn’t work, there are plenty of options out there.
