Has anyone tried Senna 176mg/5ml Syrup for constipation? Share your experiences!
I've been struggling with occasional constipation and my doctor recommended Senna 176mg/5ml Syrup. I've read that it usually works within 6 to 12 hours, so I plan to take it at bedtime. Has anyone else used this? I'm curious to know how effective it is and if there are any side effects to watch out for. I'm a bit nervous about the potential for severe allergic reactions, so any insights would be appreciated. Also, does anyone know if it's safe to use long-term? Thanks!

I've heard horror stories about people having allergic reactions. I would definitely talk to a doctor first. Safety first, folks!
Just a heads up, make sure you drink plenty of water when using Senna. It can make you pretty uncomfortable if you don't stay hydrated.
I took it once and it worked like a charm. I think it's best for short-term use, though. Long-term, I'm not sure about the effects.
I’ve had bad experiences with other laxatives, so I’m a bit hesitant. But if Senna works well, I might give it a shot.
I had terrible stomach cramps when I took Senna. Maybe I should have talked to my doctor before taking more than the recommended dose
I've used Senna before and it worked well for me. I didn't experience any side effects, but I made sure to stay hydrated. Just be careful with the dosage!
I’m thinking of trying Senna for my occasional constipation. Thanks for sharing experiences. It’s good to hear it works for some and be aware of the side effects for others.
