Senna 8.6mg Tablets are a natural laxative designed to help with occasional constipation by stimulating bowel movements. Many people find it effective, but it can take 6 to 12 hours to work, so it's often taken at bedtime. While generally well-tolerated, it's essential to be aware of potential side effects, ranging from mild stomach cramps to severe allergic reactions. Some users have reported relief from constipation, but others have experienced discomfort or allergic reactions. I'm curious to know if anyone has tried Senna 8.6mg Tablets and what their experience was like. Did it work for you? Did you experience any side effects? How long did it take to work? Any tips for using it effectively? Share your insights!

I felt like Senna was working too well for me at first, but then I realized I was getting dehydrated. Make sure to drink lots of water when you use it!

I've been using Senna for a while now, and it really helps with my occasional constipation. I usually take it before bed, and it works like a charm by morning. No major side effects for me, just a bit of stomach cramping sometimes.

I took it last night and woke up feeling bloated. I can't decide if it's my body adjusting to the laxative or if it's side effects.

I've used Senna in the past, and it worked for a couple of days, but the stomach cramps were too much. I've been trying to change my routine and eat more fiber to avoid using it.

Why not use an over-the-counter stool softener instead? They're much gentler on the system and less likely to cause cramping.

I started using Senna 8.6mg Tablets a few weeks ago, and it has made a significant difference in my bowel movements. I take it right before bed, and it works consistently within 8 to 10 hours. The only downside is that I occasionally feel a bit of abdominal discomfort, but it's manageable. Definitely worth trying if you're dealing with constipation.

Be careful with Senna. I had a friend who got really bad stomach cramps and had to stop using it. It's not for everyone!
