Has anyone tried Tazorac 0.05% Cream for acne? How's your experience been?
I've been prescribed Tazorac 0.05% Cream for my moderate acne and psoriasis. I've seen some impressive results online. Has anyone else used this topical cream, and what's been your experience? I'm curious about any side effects you've encountered and how you managed them. Also, any tips on how to incorporate it into your skincare routine effectively?

Be patient, the side effects can be rough but it gets better. I've seen a lot of improvements after 2 months of use.
I would recommend just be patient with it. Tazorac was a life-saver for my skin, but it was a rough road to get there.
This is a powerful stuff. I couldn't believe the difference it made once the initial redness and flaking went away. I've never had clearer skin.
I haven't had any issues with severe side effects, but my skin definitely went through a phase where it felt like it was on fire! I just used a gentle moisturizer and it got better.
I'm on my third week and I've got to say, it stings like hell. Not sure if I can stick it out.
I gave it a shot and it was just too much. My doctor switched me to something else and I'm much happier.
Try to apply it to damp skin. It helps a bit with the stinging.
I've been using Tazorac for a month now, and it's been a game-changer. My acne has cleared up, but I did experience some initial burning and dryness.
I was on Tazorac for six months and it was a brutal experience. My skin would peel like crazy and was always red; I felt like a lobster on a grill, but it cleared my psoriasis
I tried Tazorac a few years ago and it worked wonders for my acne, but my skin was so irritated. I had to use a super thick, non-comedogenic lotion to keep it under control.
