I've been struggling with moderate melasma on my face for a while now, and my dermatologist recently prescribed Tri-Luma Cream. I've read a bit about it, but I'm really curious to hear from others who have used it. How has it worked for you? Did you experience any of the side effects listed, like skin irritation or more serious issues? I'm particularly concerned about the potential for severe side effects. Also, how long did it take to see results? Any tips on how to use it effectively? Thanks in advance for your insights!

Be very careful with this stuff. I had a friend who had an allergic reaction and ended up in the hospital. It's rare, but it can happen.

I've had good results, but I've been really careful to avoid the sun and use a strong SPF. I think that's key to avoiding irritation.

I had severe headaches while using Tri-Luma. I had to quit after a week. Not sure if it was the cream but it was scary. Might have been something else though.

I've been using it for about 2 months now, and I'm seeing some improvement. No serious side effects so far, just a bit of dryness. I'm hoping to see more results soon.

I tried it but had to stop because of severe itching. It was unbearable. Maybe it's not for everyone.

I wish I had known about this cream sooner. It's been a game-changer for my melasma. Just be consistent with your application and give it time to work.

I had some pimples and stretch marks from the cream. I had to stop using it to see if that stops.

I used it and didn't notice any significant changes. Maybe it just didn't work for my skin type. I'll probably try something else next.

I used Tri-Luma Cream for a few months and it worked wonders on my melasma. I did experience some dryness and redness at first, but it went away after a couple of weeks. Stick with it, but be sure to use sunscreen daily!

I've heard mixed reviews, but I think it's worth a try if your doctor recommends it. Just be prepared for some potential side effects and monitor your skin closely.
