I have been suffering from a persistent cough due to minor throat irritation and nasal congestion. My doctor prescribed Tusnel-DM Liquid 30ml, which is supposed to help relieve coughs, loosen phlegm, and thin bronchial secretions. I'm curious to hear from anyone who has used this medication. How effective was it in relieving your symptoms? Did you experience any side effects? I've read about potential allergic reactions and other side effects like dizziness and trouble sleeping. Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I tried it and it wasn't helpful for my allergies but did help with my cough. It didn't make me too sleepy, but I did experience some trouble sleeping at night. Not sure if that was a side effect or just my anxiety.

I've had good results with it, but I make sure to take it with food to avoid any stomach issues. It's helped with my cough and congestion, but I haven't noticed any major side effects.

I've used it a few times and it’s been effective for me, but I always make sure to check the expiration date. It's important to use it within the recommended time frame and to keep it stored properly to make sure it stays effective.

I tried it and it was okay. It helped with the cough but made me feel really drowsy. Also, I did notice some mild dizziness. Not sure if I want to take it again. Also, make sure you finish the bottle. I was wondering if you can save it and was relieved to see it's okay to keep for up to 2 weeks after opening.

I always mix it with a bit of juice to make it taste better. It’s not the worst-tasting cough syrup out there, but it’s definitely not great.

I had a terrible reaction to it. Started breaking out in hives and had trouble breathing. Had to go to the ER. Be very careful if you have any allergies.

I didn't know it was approved in the US. I was looking over the side effects and it seems many of us are dealing with dizziness. Maybe that is some other underlying condition or overuse. I had one bad experience and it might be different for everyone.

Has anyone tried using this with other medications? I'm on a few things already and want to make sure there are no interactions
