I've been dealing with really bad dry skin and cracked heels for months now, and my doctor recommended that I try Urea 39% Cream. It's supposed to help with eczema, psoriasis, and other dry skin issues. Has anyone else used this? I know some creams can cause irritation, so I'm a bit nervous. My doctor said that it's a stronger prescription cream, so I don't know if a regular moisturizer would work instead. I was hoping to hear from people who have actually used it to see if it's worth it or if I should look for an alternative. Also, has anyone experienced any side effects like burning, stinging, or itching? Just want to hear from anyone with personal experience to see if the cream is worth a go for severe skin issues.

I had a weird reaction to this cream. It made my skin feel dry and flaky at first, which was the opposite of what I expected. I guess it's just different for everyone. It does say that it can cause irritation though, so I'm not surprised I had a reaction.

Be really careful with Urea 39% cream . I had a bad reaction to it. My skin turned bright red and started to sting. I had to stop using it immediately. I usually have sensitive skin, but I was desperate for relief from the dry skin. I'm wondering if a lower percentage cream may have been better. I also switched to a stronger moisturizing cream and upped my water intake.

Hey, just a question. How often are you supposed to apply this stuff? I’ve seen creams that you apply at night and some that you need to put on a couple times a day, just wondering what the deal is with this one. I know that the skin needs time to absorb the urea, but I don't want to overdo it.

I use it on my feet and hands. It’s great! Just pay attention to the side effects. Is it used to treat Calluses too? I hope it does. I know someone who is allergic to the stuff, so they can't use it.

I heard this can also help with corns and calluses. Is that true? I have a bad one on the side of my big toe and I’m desperate to get rid of it. I was looking for something to help, but I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects.

I've used Urea Cream before. It's pretty effective for dry skin, but it can be irritating if you have sensitive skin. It's best to start with a lower concentration and gradually work your way up to the 39%.

I've been using Urea 39% Cream for a few weeks now with great results. The side effects weren't really that bad, but I applied it once a day rather than every day to avoid irritation. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my cracked heels and it’s made it easier to deal with my dry skin. I’d say it’s worth it if you’re dealing with bad skin conditions.
