I was recently prescribed Xeomin 50unit Inj for muscle spasms in my neck. I've had it for a few weeks now and I'm curious to know if anyone else has used it for the same issue. So far, I've noticed a significant reduction in spasms, but I did experience some bruising at the injection site and a bit of a headache. My doctor assured me these are common side effects, but I'd love to hear if anyone else has had similar experiences. Also, how long did it take for the medication to fully kick in for you? Has anyone had any serious side effects? I'm a bit nervous about the potential for more severe reactions. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I've had Xeomin for wrinkles and it's fantastic. Just make sure you go to a qualified professional for the injections. The first time I got it, I had a small bruise, but it went away after a few days and now I love it.

I wouldn't worry too much about the headache. It's common with this stuff. However, if it gets worse or you have any issue with it please talk to your doctor. Maybe you have to try some migraine medication.

Remember, everyone's body reacts differently to medication. What works for one person might not work for another. Just because you're not seeing immediate results doesn't mean it won't work. I've know some people to have success with it but you have to be persistent.

Xeomin has been a game-changer for me. I use it for excessive blinking and it's worked wonders. Give it a bit more time to see the full effects. Just be careful and watch for any serious side effects. If you notice anything unusual, contact your doctor immediately.

That's weird, I had Xeomin for muscle spasms in my neck, too. It helped but I had to try it a couple times to really get it done. It seemed to kick in for me after about three weeks. I didn't have any serious side effects.

I had a friend who had a pretty severe reaction to it. She ended up in the hospital with trouble breathing. Just be super careful and make sure you're monitored afterwards. Maybe there are some tips to help you avoid such a scary deal.

I've had Xeomin for facial spasms and it's been a lifesaver. Off the record, one unit does feel like a lot but it worked after a while. Doesn't seem as strong as botox but that's not a bad thing. Has anyone noticed a difference in how long the effects last?
