I was just prescribed Xigduo XR 10mg/1000mg for my type 2 diabetes and I don't know much about it. Make sure you keep on top of your hydration. The increased urination can lead to dehydration really quickly. I keep a water bottle on me all the time.
It’s been a roller coaster but I think it’s worth it if you’re finding it hard to manage your blood sugar levels. I’d recommend sticking with it if you can, I feel a lot better overall.
I’ve experienced the occasional headache and nose irritations but nothing major. I think trying to keep a balanced diet helps a lot.
I’ve been on Xigduo XR for a few months now and it’s really helped with my blood sugar levels. I did have some initial stomach issues, but they went away after a couple of weeks. Just make sure to stay hydrated, that helps a lot with the side effects.
