Has anyone tried Yesintek 130mg/26ml Inj? It's a drug that blocks inflammation, and says it helps reduce symptoms of conditions like Crohn's, colitis, psoriasis, and arthritis. I am starting it soon and would love to hear your experiences with it.
I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease a few years ago, and my doctor has just prescribed Yesintek 130mg/26ml Inj for the first time. I've been doing a lot of reading, and while I understand that this medication works by blocking certain proteins in the body to reduce inflammation, I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. The serious side effects look concerning, especially the signs of allergy or infection. Has anyone had experience with any of these issues? Additionally, I'm wondering if anyone here has tips for managing side effects or if the medication has made a huge difference in your life.

I'm on Yesintek and it's been great for my psoriasis, but I've had some issues with injection site pain. I just started using ice packs before and after the injection, so far so good. Plus, a little ibuprofen helps too. Anyone have other tips?
I've been using Yesintek for about 3 months, and it's been a lifesaver. My psoriasis has cleared up, and my Crohn's symptoms are much better. I haven't had any serious side effects, just some mild headaches and muscle aches, but nothing I can't handle. Overall, it's been a positive experience for me.
I had a really bad reaction to Yesintek. I started feeling really dizzy, and then I broke out in hives. Went to the ER, they treated me for an allergic reaction and a urinary tract infection (UTI). Luckily, I recognized the symptoms of the UTI early, it was scary, though. Just be careful about the side effects, it's not worth risking your health.
I feel like people are a bit too scared of the side effects. I’ve had a spot of diarrhea and a headache a few times, but nothing too bad. The drug has been amazing for my condition, so I’m sticking with it. Anyone else found a difference in their Crohn's
Had my first injection last week of Yesintek and I'm feeling a little run-down. Just feeling kind of weak, and I have an upset stomach. My doctor told me it was normal for some people. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Is it worth sticking through it
I've had a couple of headaches and a bit of stomach pain, but nothing too bad. I'd say it's worth it for the relief it brings from Crohn's. Stay on top of that fever and chills, it's easy to brush off as typical, but if you notice feel pharma fatigue and cold, contact your doctor.
Seriously, though, how does this stuff work in the body? Sounds scary but has anyone had a doctor explain it to them in a way that made sense?
I had a bad experience with this drug. I ended up in the hospital with a severe allergic reaction. I had hives all over my body, and I was having trouble breathing. It was terrifying. I would recommend being extremely cautious and monitoring for any signs of an allergic reaction.
I've been on Yesintek for about a year now, and honestly, it's been a game-changer for me. The psoriasis is almost gone and I've not had a Crohns flare up in months, even when stressed. I did have some fatigue at first, but it went away after a few weeks. As for side effects, I can't really complain, but it's not like I've experienced any of the serious ones, I’m lucky.
Be careful with the injection sites, they can get pretty irritated. Make sure you're rotating them as instructed. Has anyone found any cream that helps with the irritation? Mine felt like a pinch burn for a bit.
