I've been struggling with migraine headaches for years and have tried several medications with varying degrees of success. Recently, my doctor prescribed Zavzpret 10mg Nasal Spray, a new treatment option that works by blocking a natural substance in your body called CGRP, which is involved in causing migraine pain. I'm hoping to hear from others who have used this nasal spray. How effective has it been for you? What kind of side effects have you experienced, if any? Is it worth switching to this treatment option?

I had to stop using it because I had a severe allergic reaction (rash, hives, and swelling of the face). I’ve never had a reaction like that before with any other medication. Scary and uncomfortable, I’m glad I stopped before it got worse.

Has anyone tried Zavzpret during a migraine attack vs taking it daily as a preventative? I've read conflicting info. I'm curious about preventing migraines before they start, though.

I've had some issues with taste changes. It's not terrible, but it's noticeable. I tried Zavzpret for the first time and got allergic reaction symptoms (rash, itching, and swelling of the face.) Called the doctor immediately and they told me to stop taking it. Just wanted to share in case others have the same experience.

Yep, I've had some trouble with Zavzpret as well. I've had nose irritation and a dry mouth, but nothing too serious. It’s been a good migraine treatment, though.

I've been using Zavzpret for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer. I get fewer migraines, and when I do, the pain is much more manageable. The side effects have been minimal so far—just a bit of nose irritation occasionally.

If anyone is considering Zavzpret, make sure to talk to your doctor about potential side effects and what to do if you experience them. It's important to be informed, especially with something you're putting in your nasal passages.

Zavzpret has been a lifesaver for me. I've never been one for injections, so the nasal spray was a big plus. I've had some mild upset stomach, but it's manageable. I haven't been feeling well since I started using Zavzpret as a migraine treatment.

I've had great success with Zavzpret, definitely worth a try if you're struggling with migraines. I've had some nose irritation, but nothing too bad. I just make sure to blow my nose gently and use a saline spray to help with any discomfort.

I was skeptical at first, but Zavzpret has been a game changer for me. I used to get migraines 3-4 times a month, and now it's down to maybe once every two months. The only side effect I've noticed is a slight change in taste, but it's not too bad. I think it's worth trying if you're struggling with migraines. Also, if you experience any itching, redness, or swelling near your mouth, face, or throat, get medical help right away

I’ve only tried Zavzpret, not Lasmiditan, so I can’t compare the two. I’m curious if it’s worth switching to try Lasmiditan for managing migraines.
