I've been taking them for a few weeks now and they've been a game-changer. I wake up feeling much more rested.
I had a really bad reaction to them. I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't breathe. I went to the ER and they told me it was an allergic reaction and to never take this again.
I had a friend who took them and ended up walking in her sleep and fractured her wrist. Scary stuff.

I take them occasionally when I'm having trouble sleeping. They work well, but I always set an alarm to make sure I don't take them if I have less than 4 hours before I need to wake up. I've heard horror stories about people not remembering what they did while they were on the medication.
