Has anyone used Acanya 1.2-2.5% Gel for acne? What were your experiences and side effects?
I've been struggling with acne for a while now, and my dermatologist prescribed Acanya 1.2-2.5% Gel. I've heard mixed reviews about it, so I wanted to see if anyone else has used this topical medication and what their experiences were like. Anyone else feel like this stuff dries out their skin? I’m constantly applying moisturizer.
I used Acanya for about three months, and it really helped clear up my acne. I did experience some dryness and irritation at first, but it went away after a week or so. Just make sure to moisturize well!
I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I had a bad allergic reaction and ended up in the ER. Not worth the risk for me.
I've been using it for a couple of weeks and haven’t noticed any significant improvement yet. How long did it take for you guys to see results?
I had a terrible reaction to Acanya. I broke out in hives and my skin was so irritated. I had to stop using it immediately. Be careful with this stuff!
I swear by this stuff. My skin has never been better. Just be patient and stick with it. Side effects will go away!
I’ve had good luck with Acanya. I didn’t really break out as bad and it kept my skin clean pretty well. Maybe try it for a longer period? My dermatologist said it can take a few months to see full results.
