I've been prescribed Acetaminophen 650mg Suppositories to manage pain and reduce fever. I've never used a suppository before and I'm a bit nervous about it. Has anyone had experience with this medication? How did you find the process and were there any side effects? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I tried to laugh it off when my doctor prescribed them to me, but these are no joke. They get the job done, though.

I had a bad reaction to them. Definitely consult with your doctor if you experience any of the serious side effects listed. In my case it was trouble breathing and swelling.

I had a friend who had a terrible allergic reaction. She ended up in the ER with severe swelling. Be careful and listen to your body!

These things are a lifesaver when you can't keep anything down. Just make sure to stay hydrated and follow your doctor's advice.

I had some constipation issues, but otherwise, it was manageable. Just drink plenty of water and you should be fine.

I've used them before and they were surprisingly easy to use. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully and you'll be fine. No major side effects for me, just a bit of discomfort initially.
