Has anyone used Ammonium Lactate 12% Cream for ichthyosis? How did it work for you?
I was recently prescribed Ammonium Lactate 12% Cream to treat my ichthyosis. I've been struggling with dry, scaly skin for years, and I'm hoping this cream will finally provide some relief. It's supposed to help the skin retain moisture and gently exfoliate dead skin cells. Has anyone else used this cream for ichthyosis? I'd love to hear about your experiences—whether it worked for you, how long it took to see results, and any side effects you might have encountered. Also, any tips on how to incorporate it into my skincare routine would be greatly appreciated! Looking forward to your insights.

Anyone know if it's safe to use during pregnancy? I'm dealing with some worsening eczema and ichthyosis due to my pregnancy and wonder if this would be safe.
Just a heads up, this stuff can sting a bit when you first apply it. But it goes away quickly and is worth the relief.
I've been using Ammonium Lactate 12% Cream for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for my ichthyosis! I noticed a significant improvement in my skin's texture and hydration after about a week. Just make sure to apply it to damp skin for the best results.
I tried this cream and it irritated my skin, so be careful if you have sensitive skin.
