Has anyone used Benzoin Tincture 60ml? Share your experience!
I've been prescribed Benzoin Tincture 60ml to help with dressing changes for a minor wound. I've heard it helps bandages stick better and acts as a mild germ-killer, but I'm a bit nervous about the side effects. Has anyone else used this? I'd love to hear about your experiences, good or bad. Did you have any irritation or allergic reactions? How did you find it overall? Does it really form a protective layer on the skin? I used it for a small burn and it worked wonders! No irritation at all.
I swear by this stuff for keeping dressings in place. Just be cautious and watch for any signs of irritation.
It helped my bandages stick better, but the smell was awful! Worth it for the protection, though.
It works well for sticking bandages, but if you're sensitive to adhesive, be careful.
I had an allergic reaction to it. Swelling and itching right away. Definitely seek medical attention if that happens.
Does anyone know if this is safe for children? My kiddo has a minor scrape.
I've used it for years and never had any issues. Just make sure to apply it thinly and avoid sensitive areas.
