Has anyone used Betamethasone Dip 0.05% Aug Crm 50g for eczema or psoriasis? What was your experience?
I've been struggling with severe eczema for years, and my doctor recently prescribed Betamethasone Dip 0.05% Aug Crm 50g. I've heard it's a strong corticosteroid and can cause some serious side effects, which has me a bit worried. Has anyone else used it? What was your experience? Any tips or advice on how to minimize the side effects? I'd really appreciate some insights from people who have gone through this.

I got lucky and only had minor side effects. A bit of burning and itching, but nothing too bad. Just make sure to follow your doctor's instructions closely.
I'd be more concerned about the adrenal gland issues. Those can get really bad if you're not careful. Keep an eye out for that stuff, for sure.
I used it for a while, and it worked great, but then I started gaining weight in weird places and my face looked like the moon. Talked to my doctor, and she said it was Cushing's syndrome. Scary stuff.
I had this stuff in college for a bad case of eczema. It cleared it up super fast, but my skin was so thin that it hurt to even touch it. I'd rather deal with the itching than that again.
I've been using it for a few weeks now, and it's been a lifesaver. My psoriasis has calmed down significantly, but I did notice some skin thinning. Just be careful and use it as directed!
I'm on my second tube and it's been painless so far. Just be vigilant about any unusual symptoms and you should be fine.
I had a really bad reaction to this stuff. I broke out in hives and had trouble breathing. Went to the ER and they told me to stop using it immediately. Be careful, people!
I switched to a lower potency cream after a few weeks because the side effects were just too much. Might be worth considering if you start feeling off.
I had no issues with it at all. Just made sure to apply it exactly as the doctor said and haven't had any problems. Definitely worth a shot if you're suffering.
I've been using it for a while and it works well, but I really watch out for the signs of high blood sugar. No need to take any chances with that!
