Has anyone used Ciprofloxacin 0.3% Eye Drops for Pink Eye? Share your experiences!
I was prescribed Ciprofloxacin 0.3% Op Sol 2.5ml-Eye for a bacterial conjunctivitis infection. I am curious to hear from others who have used this medication. How effective was it for you? Did you experience any side effects? I am particularly interested in hearing about any urgent side effects or rare complications. Any tips on using the eye drops would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!

I didn't have any issues with the drops themselves, but I did notice a bad taste in my mouth after using them. Not a big deal, but it was a bit weird.
I've used these a few times and never had any problems. Just make sure to finish the full course even if your symptoms go away. That's what my eye doctor told me anyway.
Why do eye drops always taste so bad? I swear, they're the worst
Ciprofloxacin eye drops cleared up my pink eye in no time. Just be sure to avoid rubbing your eyes and keep your hands clean to prevent reinfection.
My mom had a pretty bad allergic reaction to these drops. She ended up in the ER with swelling and trouble breathing. Scary stuff, so definitely be aware of the signs and symptoms of a reaction.
Be careful with these. I had a bad reaction and ended up with severe eye pain. Had to stop using them immediately and switch to a different antibiotic.
I used these eye drops for a corneal ulcer a few years back. They worked like a charm, but I did have some eye irritation at first. Nothing too bad, though. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully.
Does anyone know if these drops are safe to use with contact lenses? I usually wear daily disposables but wasn't sure if I should stop wearing them while using the drops.
I had some blurred vision after using these drops, but it went away after a few days. Just something to be aware of if you're driving or operating machinery.
I got white crystals in my eye after using these drops. My doctor said it was normal and not to worry, but it was still a bit scary at first. Other than that, no major issues.
