I've been struggling with acne for years and recently started using Clindacin Etz 1% Pledgets 60s. I've noticed some improvement, but I'm also experiencing some dryness and irritation. I'm wondering if anyone else has used this product and can share their experiences? Have you found any tips or tricks to help with the irritating side effects? I'd love to hear from anyone who has tried this.

I've been using Clindacin Etz for about a month now and I've had pretty good results. I did experience some initial irritation, but it went away after a week. I apply it every other day instead of daily and it seems to work just as well

I've used Clindamycin before and found that using a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer helped a lot with the dryness. Might be worth a try!

This topic is super helpful; thanks for sharing everyone's experiences. It's always good to hear from others who have gone through similar things.

I switched to a different topical antibiotic because the Clindacin Etz made my skin super dry. It was really uncomfortable. Have you tried any moisturizers or anything to help with that?

Clindamycin topical is pretty strong, so it's not surprising you're experiencing some irritation. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully and give it time to see if your skin adjusts. If it gets worse, talk to your dermatologist.

I've heard that some people get really aggressive C diff. if they take Clindamycin. Is that a risk with the topical version too?
