Has anyone used Clindamycin 1% Foam for acne? What's your experience?
I've been struggling with acne for a while now, and my dermatologist prescribed Clindamycin 1% Foam. I've read about the potential side effects, especially the severe ones, and I'm a bit nervous. I've heard horror stories about the side effects, but I'm glad to see some positive experiences too. Just be cautious and talk to your doctor if you notice anything weird.
Be careful, I got really bad diarrhea after using it. Went to the doctor and found out it was C. diff. Scary stuff.
I'm nervous too, but my doctor assured me that the severe side effects are rare. Just keep an eye out and stay in touch with your dermatologist.
Make sure to follow the instructions closely. I made the mistake of using too much at first and it irritated my skin.
I've been using Clindamycin foam for about a month now, and it's been a game-changer for my acne. I had a bit of irritation at first, but it went away after a week. Definitely worth it!
I tried it and had some redness and itching, but it was bearable. Just make sure to moisturize well after application. It did help with my acne though.
I had no side effects but it didn't really work for me. Everyone's skin is different, so fingers crossed it works for you!
