Has anyone used Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% Cream for severe eczema or psoriasis?
I've recently been prescribed Clobetasol Propionate 0.05% Cream for my severe eczema. I was told it's a strong corticosteroid and it's supposed to reduce redness, itching, and swelling. Has anyone else used this cream? Are there any side effects I should watch out for, or any tips on how to use it effectively? I'm a bit nervous about the side effects mentioned in the drug info, like a weak adrenal gland or high blood sugar — should I be worried? Let me know your experiences!

I've used it for my psoriasis and it worked wonders. Just be careful not to overuse it, as it can thin your skin.
My doctor told me to use it sparingly and only on the affected areas. It's helped a lot with my eczema, but it's important to follow the directions carefully.
It's crazy how effective this cream is, but the side effects are no joke. I'll be honest, it's scary.
One of my friends had a really bad allergic reaction to this cream. It's always good to be cautious and listen to your body.
