I've been dealing with some stubborn skin irritation and my dermatologist prescribed Cortane-B Lotion 60ml. I've been using it for a few days, and I can already see a difference. The itching has calmed down, and the redness is fading. I'm just worried about the potential side effects, especially the serious ones like allergic reactions and high blood sugar. Has anyone else had any issues with this? I'd love to hear your experiences! Cortane-B Lotion is a topical steroid, anesthetic, and antiseptic which may be a little unsettling, but my doctor was very confident about it.

I had no idea steroids could cause high blood sugar. Good to know, thanks for sharing.

Be careful with steroids, even topical ones. They can cause more issues if not used correctly.

I had a bad reaction to the numbing agent in a similar cream. Maybe consider a patch test first.

Just make sure to follow the instructions and not use more than prescribed. More isn't always better with steroids.

If it starts to sting or burn a lot, stop using it and talk to your doctor. Better safe than sorry.

Cortane-B saved me during a severe flare-up. No side effects, just relief.

I wish they didn't put the numbing stuff in it. It makes my skin feel weird.

I've had great experiences with Cortane-B. Had an allergic reaction to the pramoxine in it.

I've used Cortane-B before and it worked wonders for my eczema. No side effects here, but I did feel a slight burning sensation at first.
