I've been struggling with eczema for years, and my doctor recently prescribed Elocon Ointment. I've heard it can be really effective, but I'm also a bit worried about the side effects. Has anyone used this before? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. Did it help with the redness and itching? How long did it take to see results? And were there any side effects you wish you'd known about before starting?

I tried it and it made my skin break out in pimples. Not worth it for me.

Did your doctor warn you about the risk of a weak adrenal gland? Scary stuff. I'd be careful with this medicine.

I used Elocon for a few weeks and it worked wonders on my psoriasis. The itching stopped almost immediately, and the redness went down within a week. My only complaint was a bit of stinging when I first applied it, but it went away quickly.

My doc told me to be extra careful near my eyes. Thinning of the skin sounded scary, but it worked well for my eczema.
