Has anyone used Gebauer Pain Ease Mist Aerosol for muscle pain? How effective is it?
I've been dealing with some minor muscle pain from a recent workout and my friend recommended Gebauer Pain Ease Mist Aerosol. It's supposed to cool the skin and numb it for temporary pain relief. I've never tried anything like this before. Has anyone else used it? I'm curious to know how effective it is and if it's worth trying. Also, any advice on where to apply it and how often?

Make sure to shake the can really well before using it. It doesn't say it in the instructions, but I've had a few times where it didn't spray right and it was more of a mess. Definitely don't use it before bed, because it can get everywhere. It's worth it though, it really does help with the pain and swelling.
I used it before a dental procedure and it was a game-changer! The cooling sensation was actually really soothing and the numbing effect kicked in quickly. No soreness afterwards at all.
I got this for my son when he got a small burn on his arm. It helped with the pain but it didn't help much with the swelling. He was fine after a day, though.
I've been using this for years and I've never had any major problems. Just a little itching at the application site, but nothing too bad. I'd say it's worth a shot if you're looking for quick, temporary relief. I'm not sure I'd recommend it to everyone, but it does the job for me.
My doc recommended it for post-injection soreness. I try to avoid it if I can though, because it gave me a weird rash once. I swear my skin was on fire that time, but it was worth it because it totally got rid of my discomfort.
The biggest issue with this stuff is the smell. It's super strong and gives me a headache every time I use it. I just stick to ibuprofen now.
