Make sure to report any side effects to the FDA. They need to keep track of these things.
I had a really bad reaction to it. I started feeling like I couldn't breathe and my throat was swelling. Scariest part was the tightness in my chest. Luckily I got to the ER in time.
I used this for a corneal ulcer last year. It was pretty effective, cleared up the infection in about a week. But man, the burning sensation was awful. I had to deal with it for a few days. Make sure you keep your eyes closed after putting the drops in to let it absorb properly.
This stuff is a lifesaver when dealing with infections. I've had to use it several times with my dog who has recurrent corneal infections. The vet said it's effective and works fast.
I had a bad taste in my mouth for a few days. Was worth it to get rid of the infection, though.
Just a heads up, if you're sensitive to bright light, this might not be fun. I had to wear sunglasses indoors for a bit.
I noticed some changes in my eyesight while using it. It was a bit disconcerting but I stuck with it because it was clearing the infection. It's important to monitor these issues and consult your doctor if they persist.
