I've recently been diagnosed with rosacea and my dermatologist prescribed Metrolotion 0.75% Topical Lotion. I've read the possible side effects and I am a bit concerned about the urgent side effects. Has anyone used this medication before? I'd love to hear about your experience, especially if you had any side effects or if it worked well for you. Also, how long did it take to see improvements in your skin? Any tips for applying the lotion would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks in advance!

I applied it right before bed and it really helped with the initial burning sensation. Maybe try that out if you're experiencing that.

I used Metrolotion for about 3 months and it worked wonders for my rosacea. My redness and bumps significantly reduced, and I didn't have any major side effects. Just a bit of dryness, but that's normal with topical treatments.

I switched to Metrolotion after trying several other treatments, and it's been the most effective so far. I did experience some burning at first, but it went away after a few days. Stick with it if you can tolerate the initial discomfort.

Has anyone tried using it with other skincare products? I'm worried about interactions.

I didn't see any improvement in my rosacea after using Metrolotion for 2 months. Might not work for everyone, unfortunately.

I'm on my second tube now and I love it! My skin has never looked better. Just make sure to use sunscreen during the day because my skin feels a bit more sensitive.
