Has anyone used Mycolog-II Cream 30gm for a severe yeast infection? What was your experience?
I've been dealing with a persistent yeast infection for a while now, and my doctor prescribed Mycolog-II Cream 30gm. The cream contains nystatin for the fungal infection and triamcinolone to reduce redness and swelling. I'm a bit anxious about the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones. Has anyone else used this cream? How did it work for you? What should I watch out for? Are the side effects really that scary, or is it just standard caution talk?

I've seen a lot of bad reactions to these types of creams. If you're worried, it might be best to consult an expert.
I used this once with a severe yeast infection on my leg, and I got a rash. Doctor said it was an allergic reaction. Maybe I'm just sensitive, but be careful! Also the smell is horrible, tell your doctor if you've got a problem with smells, you won't like the smell of the cream.
I'd be more worried about the antifungal part. I had a bad reaction to a similar cream and it took forever to clear up. I guess to each their own?
I used this a few times and it did the job just fine. I actually liked the cooling sensation when I applied it.
