I've been struggling with a nasty case of athlete's foot for a while now and my doctor prescribed Naftin 1% Gel. Has anyone used this before? I'd love to hear about your experience with it. How long did it take to see results? Did you have any side effects? I'm hoping this works well, but I'm also a bit nervous about the potential side effects. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Naftin really helped me get rid of ringworm. I've used clotrimazole and terbinafine before, and Naftin 1% Gel was just as effective. I wasn’t sure about the side effects at first, but never had any issues.

I honestly just use tea tree oil and it works wonders for me, and it is completely natural!

I have the same problem as you, I have been using Naftin 1% Gel for a few weeks now, and I have had no side effects. I would recommend you get a smaller tube if you're not sure about it and keep it in the fridge, I have read that reduces the burning sensation.

So, does it have any advantage over other antifungal creams ?

I did not know Naftin 1% Gel has some serious side effects. I had always assumed that topical medicines have no side effects. Might be cautious about over-the-counter medicines now.

I had a bad reaction to Naftin 1% Gel. I got a rash and a weird burning sensation at the site. I stopped using it and talked to my doctor and we got me settled on another treatment, thankfully.

I read that Naftin 1% Gel is not meant for the face, be careful!

I’ve used it before and it worked well, but the burning sensation was too much for me. The box said it was normal, but I couldn’t handle it. If you are lucky, you may not experience it.

It's important to remember that severe reactions are rare. I used it for a fungal infection on my foot, and it's better than the other alternatives I tried. So just be vigilant.

I used Naftin for jock itch last year and it worked like a charm. Took about two weeks to see a full recovery. No side effects, just made sure to wash hands after applying.
